v1.04 - More fixes

Dash Cooldown Image now shows "READY" and not "PRET" (I forgot to translate it, my bad)
Most of the vertical walls no longer bounces the player in the sky
CH2 LV2 electric walls now deals 1 damage as intended
Credits are now HD and not pixelated
Boss speed reduced from 8 to 7.4
